Here are my basic prices for

for quote.
Services normally include handling the financing aspects
of a purchase (after approval from the lender).
Charges
do not include applicable taxes, disbursements, the cost of title insurance,
land transfer tax or the cost of registering documents.

Not Using a Real Estate Agent
Most purchasers or sellers
retain a lawyer only after an agreement of purchase and sale is signed.
This is the usually the case when at least one of the parties has
employed a real estate agent and the agent has prepared the agreement.
Having a lawyer prepare an agreement of purchase and sale, whether
on behalf of a seller or buyer, and not a real estate agent, is probably
a wise choice..
My usual charge for preparing such an agreement is $100 to $150.
